So a switch went off in me today. I and I'm sure others at my store feel as though things are spiraling off into chaos. I have been feeling as though I am sweeping in a desert lately, so today when I come into work with another long list of thing to do, I snapped.
I'm taking over MY store.
I don't know if my manager was fully ready for the task of his position, and I'm not sure what he actually does during the week. So, I said to myself, screw it. He can come in and do what he feels he needs to do to be the manager, and I'll do what really needs to be done. I'm going to pick up the slack, delegate and get the store back on course. I'm going to use my employees correctly, train them correctly, and make everyone of them capable to run the store on their own. My manager can be the mustang hood ornament but we'll be the horse power. Cause I am tired of this bullshit.
