In case u are wondering y i m not asking my taiwan fren to pay this time, it is bcoz he refused to lower the exchange rate due to the numerous phone calls he'll hv to make for us and even giving me overseas calls and mods have yet to reply me whether i can still use the higher rate despite being able to avoid admin charges from EzPay. Therefore in the event the mods reply me on this issue before my payment... I'll convert back to asking my fren to pay to make it cheaper for all. :D
