oh the annoyances of being in management! goll, so i'm at work right now and just had to sit down and have a talk with sue...which is my least favorite person in the world. yes, the world. she sucks so much sometimes so i had to sit her down for a chat on why she sucks, in the nicest way i can. her face got super bright red, which always kinda makes me laugh inside cause it reminds me of how my old roomie danielle bosquez would always get. she can't help it, she just turns red. ha.
so jill closed last night, and she came in a couple hours late cause she was still sleeping when she was scheduled from being drunk..came in when she was awake(how convenient) and then forgot to close one of the drawers last night, so needless to say, having to open the store this morning was quit the task. i don't get it seriously. jill got a 50cent raise, i got 35cent raise. we're just as good as the other, yet she slacks off way more than me so it ticks me off that she's now making 15cents more than me. GAH! her review was easier cause she got judged solely on being receiver, while i got judge on 4 pages worth of shit, so her on box of the one page was spedicific to her rather than the general shit i had to get marked for. so lame. cause i do receiving too and lead instructor shit and i wasn't judged on either one of them cause it's not my "official title." whatever bah-hum-bug! julie(manager) just called in a bit ago and was like "well you should consider taking the receiver position" i'm like yeah, until my planned suicide and or long term illness on august 15th right before "receiver hell months" start up...after christmas i'll magically recover and be good to go. there's no way i'd take the position unless i got another raise, and i was getting paid 50cents more than what jill makes right now cause otherwise it's not worth it to me....although then i could get benefits/vacation time/and every other weekend off. ok time to get back to work for awhile.
