This Seemed a Reasonably Good Idea.
So I've been meaning to update this with something other than videos but haven't been... grammatically inspired as of late haha. Annie had the brilliant idea that I just spontaneously jot down 10 things I do to make me happy. Key word being TO make me and not just THAT make me because that list is longer than the national deficit. I'd guess the key to this is to really just list them as quickly as possible without thinking too much otherwise you'd end up writing ish you WISHED you could do to make you happy but don't actually do. Like surfing. TO THE LIST!
In no particular order and just off the top of my brain,
10 Things Alexis Does to Make Herself Happy.
1. Check out local Husky/Malamute breeder websites for when new puppies are arriving because I want one so bad! Then stare at cute pictures for a while.
2. I get uber excited when I miss a TV show and then have to watch it online. Something about the no commercials and not having to fast forward my DVR just gets me happy. Even though I pay 10 bucks a month for that and the Internet streaming is free. Very backwards happiness.
3. Adding avocado to my otherwise mundane sandwiches everyday! Yum!
4. Finding any excuse to leave the Film building to walk over to the awesome coffee shop across campus especially with a friend or two. Coffee rocks, company rocks, my campus is gorgeous, and it's So Cal; everyday is great hair day.
5. Checking my email on my phone and finding a new message. So much more fun then using my laptop!
6. Lying in my bed in the morning and deciding whether I should get up or just keep lying there... and then falling asleep for another hour. :)
7. Riding my bike on the beach once a week!
8. Creating funny sculptures and characters out of stuff lying around in my buddies and mine desk space at school. So far my jewelry box monster is getting dibs.
9. Grooming myself! Especially trips to the threading salon, hair salon, and hell even the wax salon!
10. As always coming online and reading/watching amusing things. Can't say that without video proof right? Enjoy the crazy.
