Anyone know about Ion exchange columns or Reverse phase chromotography? Cause I sure as hell have no idea.
That's what I get to deal with at my job, get too look up all this crazy stuff about techniques utilizing the charge of proteins. Then I get to look up the cost of the equipment needed. Did you know it costs about 10k for the equipment to do Isoelectric Focusing? I knew scientific equipment was expensive, but damn, even something simple costs as much as a decent car.
My philosophy class is going well. We finished Hinduism and are now learning about Buddhism. The class isn't too difficult, so hopefully I can pull off an A and pull up my GPA. It's a lot of work though, spend about 4 hours a night just reading, on top of the research on the biological techniques. BAH!
If anyone wants to come up and visit on the weekends, that would be cool. I can't remember the last time I looked forward to the weekends as a time of relaxation.
