Well, gee, I love the new year already.
I had a fun new years eve with the katy and her family as well as the millers, that was enjoyable. We kinda missed the whole ball dropping thing due to kill bill, but i wouldn't have it any other way. Hope everyone had a good new years eve and didn't spend it alone.
But what made this whole new years thing super great was when my hard drive on my laptop crashed. Oh boy! that's loads of fun right there. So two hours into new years and 20 gigs of data down the drain. At least there wasn't anything of any importance on it, so I can always be thankfull about that. But now my computer is in the hands of Best Buys service center, and after working there for a year and a half and learning some of the crap that goes on there (i.e. not fixing a damn thing and in some cases screwing things up more) I'm not too thrilled about having them fix it. Hopefully it'll come back in one piece in the next 3 to 5 weeks.
Yesterday I also went and spent my gift cards. Got an R.A. Salvatore book, heard he was a good author, as well as a French-English dictionary. And then I bought Garden State (yay!!!) and Anchorman. Can't wait to go back and watch those on my tv.
With the great luck on electronics I'm having this year, now I'm worried that my mp3 player will not work, and I really don't want to deal with that. I'll cry if something goes wrong.
