Today has been mildly productive. Finally finished the inside of the filmsoc termcard, and worked out what I'm doing for the outside (so shall get on with that after posting). Dad and I had a hilarious time trying to find the spare lightbulbs - I eventually found them in the clingfilm/baking foil draw. Mum had tidied them away. Why the hell did she put lightbulbs in a kitchen draw?! I swear whenever she goes on a tidying spree common sense just flies out the window.
Apart from those excitements, I cycled over to Cantley to see Ben, one of the Royal Mail Xmas Casuals who's got a job contract there now. Seeing as it was pouring down with rain, maybe my own common sense should've given me a kick up the arse. I'm sure my jeans will dry out eventually. Not sure my feet will ever warm up though. Anyway, we swapped amusing youtube videos and watched Fist of the North Star, which was better than I expected but still fairly predictable. Yay for yet another rare fighting technique that is unrivalled in it's power and invincibility! In a bid to fight off boredom, I'm dragging him into town with me tomorrow morning to get a bass amp that isn't a pile of shit. That is if I wake up in time. I'm aiming to make Cambridge about 5ish, which means I'll get in about 9pm. One day I'll be good at timekeeping, I swear!
