shipping sucks. They charged around $17 for 2 books, and it took about 2 weeks. The reason? They sent it to some place in the States and then send it from there using USPS. Dude. Regular mail from Japan costs the same and would have gotten here 1 week faster. ><

So.... am considering posting a couple of low-quality pictures of the book with a message encouraging people to buy the book. Of course, there would also be a message encouraging people with the book to NOT scan the entire thing and posting it up. A preemptive strike of sorts.
I feel like there would be drama involved though and don't really want to deal with that. I feel like most people on a certain comm don't even remember that there's such a book, but I also assumed that the Hapipani book wouldn't have been distributed the way it was. ><
Opinions? Should I even bother?

Oh yeah, totally forgot about this last week. It rained really hard on Friday here.... here was the aftermath.
The water was about 6 inches high on the street, and I, not realizing that it would rain, was wearing open-toe shoes. ><
I had to walk across this street to get to my apartment:
Here was what my pants looked like after:
....and here was my shirt:
...AND I even had an umbrella for that 3 minute walk!
By the way, 20 minutes later, the sun was out, and the water had drained completely. -____-
This weekend will SUCK. A LOT. I should go study now. :(
