Minced garlic, red pepper flake, and Muenster cheese omelettes are pretty fuckin' boss.
Later, I will be making chicken breasts marinated in worcestershire sauce, olive oil, and red pepper flake. Maybe some oregano, too, because I can't remember if I used it last time. That's going on top of some brown rice. I should probably get a vegetable up in there, too.
I love not being afraid of the kitchen anymore.
Edit: So yeah, dinner was FUCKING AMAZING. I used minced garlic again for the chicken instead of oregano. Unfortunately, I used a pretty big clove, so the garlic dominated the flavor proceedings. It was still really good, though. The zucchini was outstanding. Panfried in olive oil, salt, and basil. Sweet and just a tad "soggy," with just enough firmness for texture.
FUCK YEAH.
