Europe Day 2

Sep 28, 2006 13:09

Its official, im in love...with Europe. I have never felt so free and alive
in one place before. Last night i went downtown around 11, and it was
stunning, but ill get to that later.

First we went to the underground train station, so cool, we met this woman
with quite the arousing accent who helped us figure out how to get around.
Escalators in Germany are fantastic. They slowdown when you gt near the top,
AND its divided into two sections...right side you stay put and lte the
escalator take you up....left side is for people who want to walk up it. The
trains are fantastic...they come ever 3 minutes, are sooooooooooo fast,
thers a screen sayin 1 minute left till train comes...its just so awesome.

We went on a tour to Salzburg, Austria. Wow, talk about a beautiful tour. It
was gorgeous, all the green trees, the water, and the amazing architecture.
On the bus i sat with the insane Australian woman, probablz in her
50s....she was insane, she never stopped talking, about the stupidest
things. She wore the most god awful purple eyeshadow ive ever seen.

The tour guides ´name was Charles, the funniest man ive ever met. He had a big belly and was italian. He didnt get a chance to learn our names but he knew us by where we came from. He made the funniest jokes ive probably ever heard, and i have never heard anyone sing the suond of music so beautifully.................................... In Salzburg when our time was over and we were waiting for the other people to board the bus, the Russians werent there. And he walked around Mozart Square yelling "RUSSIA!!! HURRY UP RUSSIA YOU ARE LATE! CHINA AND CANADA AND INDIA AND EVERYONE ELSE ARE HERE RUSSIA!! RUSSSSSSSIIIIIAAA!!!!!.......OH THERES RUSSIA! THANKYOU ILLINOIS!"

In Salzburg, we went shopping downtown, which was sooo nice, due to Mozarts
coming up birthday...everything was Mozart related. I got a mozart lighter,
a mozart bag for my music, a mozart liqour bottle, mozart chocolate, mozart
postcards, a mini mozart statue, and this puppet thingy. I also saw Mozarts
house....wow, it was mezmerizing. Put together so nicely, and just so
awesome. Its hard to put everything i saw into words because eerything is
sooo freaking oustanding.

The nightlife here is amazing. (Before i forget, everyone dresses so nicelz
and is soo freaking good looking here. And all hte guys wear these puma
shoes that i want to get, and either wear shorts, role hteir pants up to
under their knees, or wear these pants that only go to over their ankle) Its
so nice to walk around downtown, breathing the german air, walking by the
people playing music and dancing. TVs are set all aruond downtown, and ppl
just sit with their friends and watch the soccer game. Everyones so
friendly, and they are all themselves.

TIME FOR SHOPPING!
