hi, it's me!
i should be working on my 6 page anthro research paper that's due on wednesday (it's monday night), esp since all i have written down so far is the title...buuuuuuuut this is what college has taught me/made me realize that no matter how fucked you may seem/feel, you will get it done, because you have no choice.
just got back from a weekend in georgetown with the team. we're doing really well. i love traveling with friends/teammates, though it does kinda screw me over in terms of gettin work done for school (case in point, my anthro paper).
lookin forward to signing up for classes ~ exploring/learning new things ~ gettin closer to possibly discovering my major. as of now, i find social anthropology pretty interesting.
i've come to realize i really enjoy studying about different cultures, people and biology. i would love to take more biology classes (i loved AP bio senior year) but i hate chemistry (and from what i've seen/hear from fellow students, it seems like hell), so i'm steering clear of that...though i might take a integrative bio seminar.

got a nose piercing and i absolutely love it, i think it's perfect for me/my personality
i mostly like who i am right now, though i do wish i cared a lil more/tried a lil harder academically sometimes (have more a desire to learn...i do like to learn about things, but i think i just have to find something i'm passionate about learning so that i will put effort into learning it...)
i've dropped weight since i've arrived at college (fck you freshman 15!) thanks to crew, though at the same time, fck you crew! had to drop 5 lbs in one day last weekend in order to make weight a day earlier than expected. it sucked, but i did it.
i CANNOT wait til summer.
my plans:
-Hawaii with Dad, Sean & Grandma for 5 days right after finals
I look forward to this for several reasons
1. haven't traveled with sean & baba in years!
2. haven't been to hawaii in years
3. i effing love hawaii
-roadtrips!!!
1. gonna visit my awesome new friend Alex (funny story how we met...bt i will not go into details) in Sacto and we have a list we call "Epic List" with all the awesome things we're gonna do, one of them being piercing my nose, which we have already taken care of. other things include sky diving, hot air ballooning (yes im verbing it), surfing, sea world, and much more.
2. gonna go down to socal to visit hs friends who get out of school after me cuz i haven't had a chance to do that all year, thanks to crew and it's insane amount of time dedication
3. going down to socal to visit crew buddies! we're plannin on stayin at one of the girl's beach house in newport. should be fckin awesome.
4. lake tahoe (another teammate has a house there)
-work
i want money
-chill in lg
or possibly san jose? iono....we sold my LG house (sad) and last i talked to my dad abt it, he's lookin at a house in san jose...so as of now, i'm not sure where i'll be living this summer

i should really try to squeeze out at least 2 pages of this demon paper

i've been having stomach ache issues (couldn't do anything last night & went to bed at 930 cuz my stomach hurt so bad) so i was REALLY careful about what i ate today, avoiding all dairies and greasy foods then i had coffee...shit i did not know coffee can irritate stomaches...at least i can still function and attempt to write a paper
