They what?!
Bought a few Angel DVD sets from Amazon couple of years ago, and today they send me this, a little bit of info on a new show called Moonlight.
Mick St. John is a captivating, charming and immortal private investigator from Los Angeles, who defies the traditional blood-sucking norms of his vampire tendencies by using his supernatural abilities to help the living. Forever 30 years of age, Mick eschews others of his kind who view humans only as a source of nourishment. With only a handful of like-minded confidantes for company, Mick fills his infinite days protecting the living.
Remind you of something? How about one particular vampire with a soul who "helped the helpless"? Man, if they could have gone to the trouble of coming up with an Angel clone, couldn't they have saved the original series in the first place? Season 5 of Angel was amazing, with lots of potential for more, especially with Spike joining the crew. And then they have to cancel it, with no time for them to wrap up the story properly. And now this.
Just makes me angry all over again.
