Beagle report:
Sassy had her ultrasound -- after the specialist being late and us having to go home and then go back later -- and the results are really good!! Her heart is alright, although it has a slight enlargement of the right atrium and some narrowing of the muscle walls, but this is normal for an almost-eleven-year-old Beagle. She's fine to go ahead with her surgery, in terms of her heart! The specialist wants to clear her thyroid, and then take advantage of the anaesthetic to investigate The Cough further... but all in all, she's a healthy Beagle! So: knee surgery in a couple of weeks.
And I have an appointment on Friday to get my neck looked at... Yay fun.
