[It's another evening shift at Good Spirits. Buffy seems to be spending a lot of her time at the bar, soaking up the gossip and avoiding boredom. She is developing a habit of patrolling afterwards, before she heads home. It feels nice for the days to regain some form of structure. Less lazy ( Read more... )

[Sigh.] There's music playing, sometimes. Music that definitely probably isn't supposed to be playing.

That'd be a no. But...[there is the sound of her flipping through the journal.] I think other people might be hearing different things. But it doesn't look to be village-wide. [If it was, there would be less quips about her being at the bar.]

If more than a couple people are experiencing it, then it's not natural. [Oh thank Holy. Kind of.] Try to tune it out, I guess.

I've had more practice tuning out things higher in pitch. [Like screeches and a crazy alien woman's voice. No hokey villages though (at least, not in adulthood); Cloud's just not into the club scene.]
