Meant for Taxon, but could also be applicable to Luceti. - Take a careful look at the question. Some are only Taxon-relevant but I didn't mark them as such, so Luceti people be careful.
General

Species (human/alien/vampire/other?): Human
Extra-human/abnormal abilities, if any?: Wicca - deals with very powerful witchcraft. - In Luceti, she's not using magic at all currently, but that may change.
Psychology
1. Is it okay for your character's thoughts to be read/their mind to be probed? Ask first, please
2. Is it okay for any of your character’s intense/distressing memories to be seen/heard/read in this situation? Depends on the situation, but normally yes.
3. What kind of mind does your character have? Are they disturbed at all? Are their thoughts ordered or jumbled? They're very ordered, categorized almost at times.
4. Is it okay for your character’s emotions to be sensed? oh yes
5. Does your character have a weak or strong mind? Are they susceptible to influence or hypnotism? She's a very powerful witch, so likely not very susceptible, but there's a time for everything. Meaning, do ask. Depending on the situation, I'm likely to be very okay with this :3
6. Does your character have supernatural/mental fortification against mind-reading or telepathic communication? Not really. She'll do Telepathy herself, especially in Taxon.
7. In the case of characters who are extra-sentient/psychic and can just 'know' things about people, can the muns of these characters use the powers of Wikipedia to get information about your character? Depends on what it is, but sure.
8. If so, is there anything that should absolutely never ever be brought up? For now, Dark Willow and Tara's death in both Taxon AND Luceti. I have plans for when she'll find out about those.

10. Will thoughts in the narration be up for grabs? If so, how will you indicate these? Italics/strikes/something else? More or less, unless it's also stated that she's got some kind of mental thing going on, but that'd be really rare. Italics will usually be used for that.
11. Does your character have any fears/phobias that you wouldn't mind being exploited? Ones that you'd like to NOT be exploited? Her fear of frogs is fair game. The magic issue is also fair game, but until she gets canon updated or grows enough in-game (Luceti), she'll be a bit touchy about that. For Taxon, she's still getting over the whole 'magic she does in the future thing' and it's not really an issue. Yet. :3
Physiology
1. Is it okay for your character to be affected by chemical agents? Fear toxins, for example? oh yes
2. Does your character have any unique biological difference that would affect their resistance to toxins/chemical substances? Nope
3. Does your character have any notable genetic/supernatural/biological difference that would make their blood in any way different to a regular baseline human's (that would make them taste different if they were fed on by a vampire, for example)? Nope
Physical
1. How okay are you with your character coming to physical harm? Very okay as long as she stays in one piece. I'm good with bloody injuries up to death but no limbs getting pulled off. Dislocation totally is fair game, though.
2. How okay are you with your character's home/possessions being targeted by bad guys? Very okay. Destruction of said things (like the library) would need to be run by me first, though.
3. Can your character be impacted by telekinesis? Probably, though she might be able to counter it with her own telekinesis. So, case-by-case?
4. With regard to vampires, would your character be willing to be a donor? That definitely depends on the vamp in question and Buffy's yay or nay
5. If no, then how about unwilling? of course!
6. With regard to shapeshifters, are you okay with having those with this power taking the shape of your character? Totally, just give me a heads up when it happens!
7. If your character has any superhuman abilities, would you be okay with these being replicated by those who have the power to absorb/take on the powers of others? Yep. Make Willow work to be a good guy.
8. In a physical confrontation, is it okay if characters who have the power to sense/foresee/predict movements use this to their advantage against your character? Yes to a degree. She has magic, too, and Telepathy at that, so it'd definitely need to be worked out ahead of time.
9. Are you willing to participate in plots where your character will sustain damage outside of a fight, such as in situations with torture, environmental hazards, or accidents? Oh yes. Definitely talk to me. I love tormenting my characters :3 Especially psychologically
10. Is there anything about them that would stand out noticeably (things like scars, physical augmentations, illness, anomalies, etc.) if they were ever injured or otherwise examined by a doctor? Are any of these things noticeable to others without close inspection? Not that I can think of!
Magics
1. Can your character be influenced and tempted by magical or supernatural means? Oh definitely. taxon will have an easier time with this because she hasn't actually gone through the addiction phase of her life yet. And I'd like to get her through that phase at some point. So talk to me :3
2. If yes, will someone with the ability be able to find this out about them, and in what areas (think the seven deadly sins) can your character be tempted? Magical greed is her big weakness, most apparent in taxon.
3. Could your character be glamoured (a form of mind control employed by vampires to make humans compliant/alter their memories etc.)? yep
4. Can your character be affected by spells of any kind, and are there any specific types to which they would be immune? I don't know about immunity, but yes to spell effects. I'd like to hear beforehand to decide case-by-case whether or not her own magic counters, but generally I'm cool with bad things happening.
5. Can your character's presence be sensed by characters with the power to read auras/pick up generalized vibes from people? yes!
6. If yes, what kind of stand-out things about your character can be sensed? Definitely her magical aura and her mental status, emotions, etc
7. With regard to characters that can sense danger/receive visions/predict general doom, are you okay with your character being the subject of any of this, if the occasion arises? oh yes, especially if her magic goes wonky again. I'll be definitely up for plotting in that respect.
Privacy

2. If they’re able, will they ever opt to hide their location on the map? There's a chance technologically, but she'd be more likely to ionize the atmosphere through magic first, which would screw up the tracer signal.

If your character is from an earlier point in their canon than another member of your cast, what is and is not okay for your fellow castmate to spill the beans about regarding your character’s future? Anything EXCEPT Dark Willow and Tara's death. Goes for Luceti AND Taxon. I have plans for those reveals and there's buildup that needs to happen first.
4. With regard to characters that like to snoop, can they find anything that's been publicly said by your character through the tablets? Yep!
5. How about privately? That depends. Considering she's been able to hack into the government files in canon, I'd say only someone REALLY experienced can. Aka please ask me first.
6. Is there anything you'd especially like to be known about your character, for the purposes of amusement? She's afraid of frogs. And she broke Xander's crayon in kindergarten. Especially relevant in Luceti. Go nuts.

8 Do you like threadhopping (a character not already in a thread jumping in unexpectedly to reply to a comment), and are you okay with other people threadhopping in your threads and posts? Ugh, I totally broke this already, but I'm pretty okay with threadhopping, especially with canonmates.
