I'm using characters from BtVS and Supernatural. Basically, you list twelve characters from your fandom(s), then answer the questions about them. No cheating! By the way, this contains some BtVS season 8 spoilers in my answer for question 18.

Answers
1. If John was involved with Giles and Dawn, I think Giles would try to be mature about the whole thing in front of Dawn, but he would blow up at John as soon as she was gone. Dawn would probably panic and start shrieking about being cursed.
2. Willow would most likely wonder if Anya had hit her head. Okay, say they had been a couple...Willow would probably choose Anya over Dean. She complained a lot about her in the tv series, but I think she might have been protesting too much.
3. If Giles had a phobia that involved Buffy....he does. His worst nightmare involves her dying, which he's had to live out on more than one occasion. I like the way this question worked out. Awesome.
4. Mary would choose an old classic like Casablanca. Jo would want to watch Little Monsters. Jo would complain about Casablanca being in black and white. Mary would hate the idea of Howie Mandel as a demon/monster. The evening would end in disaster, resulting in Dean and Sam having to resolve the argument by getting the two of them to agree on a Tom Cruise movie. Probably Legend.
5. Relationship doesn't necessarily mean that they're lovers. Dean grew up without a mother. Joyce was like a mom to everyone, so it would be natural for her to treat Dean the same way. If Joyce hadn't had an aneurysm, there could have been conflict between her and Dawn later on.
6. If Sam got pregnant with Mary's baby, it would be one hell of a plot twist. Maybe she managed to possess a baby, and Sam would give birth to the reincarnation of his mother. I don't know. Willow would do research to find a cure that didn't involve abortion....unless she cast the spell to make Sam pregnant in the first place.
7. Yes, Sam is good with commitment.
8. Jo would suffer from frotteurism. She has feelings for Dean, even though he doesn't return them.
9. Buffy would tell Xander if she caught John and Dawn together. Xander has been Buffy's best friend for years, and she has kept things from him in the past, but they were her own secrets. More than likely, she would make Dawn go with her to tell Xander. If Xander found out on his own, he'd eventually realize that Buffy knew, and that she had said nothing. It would probably ruin their friendship.
10. If Joyce set Anya up on a date with Giles, Anya would probably be a little disgusted at first, but they would probably be able to talk about Buffy, Xander, and Willow, and realize they had more in common than they originally suspected. By the end of the night, Anya would probably want to see Giles again, but she wouldn't want to talk to Joyce about it.
11. And now, the fantasy of too many fangirls....this is too easy, though. Dean would take Sam back to some place that had meaning for the two of them, like their old house or one of Sam's favorite places that they had lived when they were kids. Barring that, he would just casually ask while they were on their way somewhere in the Impala.
12. If Mary decided to stop dating Willow, she would probably just stop appearing to her. Willow would have a one-night stand with Sam after the two of them got really drunk and complained about their weird lives.
13. If Jo and Anya were married, and Anya died, Jo would become depressed and cry for a few weeks. Anya, of course, would be the only one who enjoyed Jo's frotteurism. She would eventually move on, but most likely with a vendetta that got her nowhere except buried six feet under herself. She lacks hunting experience.
14. If Giles could change one thing about his life, he probably wouldn't have gone to England after Buffy's death. It was a waste of a plane ticket, anyway.
15. If Willow could say anything to Joyce, she would probably tell her how much she missed her.
16. John has been Dean's biggest influence, so he would more than likely ask Buffy and Anya if he could join them.
17. Yes, but it would be like Ghost.
18. If Giles and Dawn were rivals, it would be because she decided to have sex with a Thricewise demon after everyone told her not to. Or maybe she stepped on his tea set.
19. I think their heights and builds are too similar for the two of them to date, so if Buffy and Jo had some kind of happy ending, it would be because Jo became a slayer, and Buffy's favorite trainee.
20. If Dawn had a gender swap, he would probably try to convince Willow and Xander to have a threesome with him. Dawn used to have a crush on Xander. Willow and Xander did say at one point, without realizing it was Dawn, that they thought she was attractive. As a male, that might change for Dawn, but since Willow and Xander have both lost their significant others, they don't really have anything else to lose.
21. If Giles had to be stuck on an island with Dean or Sam, he would choose Dean. They both like classic rock, and Dean knows how to make weapons. Sam knows a lot of obscure facts, but so does Giles, so he wouldn't need Sam around.
22. Buffy would talk to Anya and tell her she had moved on with Dean, even though she would secretly be having second thoughts. Still, she would stay with Dean, feeling that it would be the right thing to do.
23. Mary would choose for Sam to live, and let Xander die. She already died protecting Sam once.
24. I'm not sure why John would use Giles to get close to his own son, unless he had found them on that deserted island of theirs and was also suffering from amnesia. Giles would be heartbroken, and he would avoid everyone for a few days while he went on a drinking binge, but he would eventually snap out of it to help Buffy get ready to fight the latest demon.
