I mean, none of them deserve such a terrible fate as going to Hell, but if I had to pick, I'd say Adam was probably the least deserving of any of them. The kid had absolutely no idea of the shitty luck that was coded into his blood from day 1. His only crime was being born a Winchester, and for that? He gets yanked out of Heaven, forced to claw his way from his own grave, gets lied to, gets tortured, gets worn as an angel condom, and then gets tossed into Hell to rot with the Devil, Michael, and his giant brother for the rest of eternity.
Christ. I mean, we thought Sam and Dean had bad luck. They're at least USED to this shit. Adam managed to escape from it until Fate learned that he was a Winchester. And then it was just like the Universe said to itself "We let a Winchester get away without some kind of horrible torment? I WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS." >_> I really hope he gets out and we get to see more of him, and not just because I think Jake Abel is adorable, either. This needs resolution! Preferably with some Winchester brotherly bonding and possibly a reluctant hug (or, you know, a lifetime of therapy).
