Turkey leftovers (or chicken)

2 cans of (low-sodium) chicken broth

1 package mac & cheese
follow directions on mac & cheese, using broth amount above instead of water (you'll be using ~4 cups instead of 6) and do not drain

boil mac & cheese ~7/8 mins, more if desired for tenderness

during this time, add rosemary & southwestern chipotle from Mrs. Dash

once this is done cooking to your satisfaction, add leftover turkey, gravy & cranberry sauce (as desired)

cook a little bit longer so turkey is hot and you'll have kind of a soupy casserole

if we'd had fresh broccoli we'd have added that at some point, so think of using veggies in this dish too!
