I am so addicted to LJ that I cannot force myself to go to bed. I need to be blindfolded and hogtied! But I am jammin' out to some mellow oldies - STYX!!! Queen of Spades, Crystal Ball, Snowblind, Suite Madame Blue, Renegade, Blue Collar Man, Too Much Time On My Hands.

Wenchy know that I'd picked up the snarky icon that she'd made from one of my bitch ranting quotes.
My keyboard had died deader than a doornail last evening and I was unable to get it working again for a couple of hours. Talk about tearing your hair out. I changed the batteries in the keyboard - nada. Then the mouse died too, so I put fresh batteries in it and - bupkus! In frustration, I just shut down and went grumbling to the kitchen to fix David's coffee (this was Saturday night). Seems our wireless setup has a connect button on the adapter that you push to get a blinking blue light, then you push the connect button on the bottom of the mouse to make a fresh connection, same for the keyboard. David got the mouse working withouth realizing that they keyboard was dead, since he didn't need it to read the news or play Poker. It took me almost an hour of fiddling about to make the damn thing connect. Grrrrrr, ARRRRggggH! Anyway, I'd almost forgotten to comment that I'd snagged & credited it, two days after the fact.

Ok...once Crystal Ball finishes playing, I'll shut down. *cross my heart* nitey, nite
