*waves* Last Time I'm Online Until After Asylum!
Okay, so I have stolen.... literally stolen my mum's laptop. See I knew she was going out tonight, and although I've been out too, I knew I'd be home first since I had to drop my mate off at the train station so he could get back home... so I sped home in the car, and stole the laptop and have now hijacked it and claimed it as my own until someone realises it's missing, heh.
Anyway, if anyone wants to know what happened to the temp one, this is what happened:
I have no freaking clue. It's the third time this has happened, and each time the laptop has been in my possession. So I have been blamed for it everytime. (Check my tagged 'evil computers' section and you;ll see me talking about it, October '05, and May '06) The first time I had been typing in notepad, and next thing I know I switch it back on and the second you hit a key on the keyboard it freezes. So, the second time it happened I was in Word. And the third, the most recent, I was browsing the net, checking my sites to see what needed updating. And off it went. First time it got fixed by insrance, second time we needed to fight to get it fixed...... eventually they caved said it couldn't be fixed and gave us cash to buy a new laptop..... which incidentally is this laptop that I have stolen. But for some reason they fixed the laptop anyway last time and sent it back... this time... well this time we dont have insurance covering it anymore..... bottom line, no more temp laptop, so basically I'm screwed until my laptop gets back... again!
Anyway, I am super excited about Asylum, I cannot wait to go! I've added all my photos from last weekend at Collectormania to my site Spun Crazy Photo Gallery, so you can check them out if you feel like it. I got big hugs from James Marsters, he was absolutely lovely, and I had a truly amazing weekend. Bring on the next event now! Woooo!
I really do hope to be back soon and update my sites, but as it stands, I won't be back again until my laptop is back... so, very sorry guys, but wish me luck in finding a laptop to steal again before then!!!!
