Bored shitless
Okay, so as it stands I have no laptop, no hard drive with my precious files on it, and no Buffy World Forum to even tide me over.
Do you have any idea what it is like sittin with a computer you can do barely anything with? It sucks. I was flicking through artists websites, and I automatically went to save a wallpaper for Wallflowers, when I get this error message saying 'My Documents' cannot be found. Then it hits me, the XDD broke and is now gone. Later, I opened Photoshop, and realised... I have no pictures, textures, stocks, nothing to work with unless I want to sit and download them all again onto this crappy laptop that is years old and I can barely do anything with. So that idea quickly passed. I've basically been instinctively doing things, and then realising I can't do any of them. Worse still, when I realised I couldn't do some of my assignment for university, oops.
I'm going crazy trying to think of things to do! I don't have much free time in between uni classes, work, studying and sleep, and all that time has been spent trying to come up with new and inventive things to do on a shell of a laptop. So, far, still coming up blank. Although I have been playing cards a whole bunch. Wow, I have no life.
Back to the question though, , short answer is, it sucks.
Bottom line... I need my laptop fixed, more importantly I need my Hard Drive back!
(XHDD is getting fixed as we speak, my friend had to crack it open in order to get insides out, which means I can't send it back and get a new one as planned. So I just bought a new one.)
