Yeah, I kind of forgot my LJ existed, oops! Well anyway I've been a little busy lately. And I am supposed to be busy right now, I'm actually sitting typing out my economics essay, and doing some online research for it as well... except that I got a little distracted as you've probably noticed and now I'm here. Anyway I've lost all inspiration to type about investment decisions, GRR!
But who cares... well I was down in London not the weekend just past but the weekend before, I caught We Will Rock You at the Dominion Theatre and it was perdy awesome. I went birthday shopping on the Sunday (while wearing HIGH HEELS, and I tortured my poor little feet!) and I got an absolutely gorgeous dress! Anyway last week was full of university catching-up and then working at night.
Thursday night was a party being held for Queen Margaret University College officially becoming Queen Margaret University. Normally I wouldn't give a rat's ass about this sort of stuff, but if we attended the party it meant we got the night off work, got paid for attending, got a free drinks reception and free food. I actually got paid to go to a party, get dressed up, drink and eat. There was no saying no to this! Anyway I went, I partied, and I had to leave earlier than I would have liked otherwise I would have slept in for uni on Friday, lol. (And I got to wear my kick-ass new dress!) Anyway there are photos on Spun Crazy if anyone is at all interested in checking out this dress, lol.
Oh... and... I'm totally going to see Aerosmith! Woo! I booked my tickets for Hyde Park, the flights, and the hotel, for the end of June, so I'm all psyched up about that. Yay!
Then this weekend, I sort of formed a lump up in my attic as I had my mate Stacey over on Friday night for another Smallville session, we're now half-way through season three, which means we're uber close to seeing Jensen. The plus side of being on season three however: Ian Somerhaulder, mmm, although, not as hot looking in SV as he is, has anyone else seen him with his longer hair, and stubble, ugh, yum! Then Saturday consisted of my cousin coming over (me = still a lump in the same place I was on Friday) and watching season three Grey's so she could catch up. Sunday... well, Sunday I caught up on sleep after being awake Thursday, Friday AND Saturday.
And... BW Forums are down... again. It seems like every time I go there now it's not working. *sighs* Oh well it's probably best that it's down or I would never get this essay done! Okay, I think my little update is done now. Sorry for boring you with my life, lol!
