I saw Guns Up earlier, pretty good. I saw them at Club Exit 23(?) in Haverhill Mass. I thought it was a good show, except for all of the punk bands. I stayed up until Guns Up, and then Fred and I left for Wendy's. I love a triple classic burger... as long as it only has the cheese and ketchup... none of that other shit!
SPRING BREAK NEXT WEEK! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I really don't have much planned, except for a Since The Flood show on Wednsday, and I am gonna bring Sean to Boston on Tuesday. Sunday I am going to hang out with Jen, whether she comes to my house or if I go with Fred to Elena's birthday party, since I was invited (or atleast that is what I was lead to think... I could be very wrong).
So... VIDEO GAMES... you should all go out and play Jet Li's Rise To Honor. That game is SO FUCKING AWESOME! It's not your typical brawling game where you press a button to kick, another button to punch, etc., etc., etc., but you slap a joystick to attack in a certain direction, and time the joystick slaps to create awesome combo's. So, say you have a bunch of people around you that want to kick your ass, you have to figure out the best combo to beat them. To make it more interesting, you can block, evade, and counter attack from different directions. It's awesome when you fight someone one-on-one, because you dodge, and attack like if your actually watching one of Jet Li's kung-fu movies! There are games that claim to be like a movie, but THIS GAME IS REALLY LIKE THAT! If your into Jet Li movies, then you should definetely give this game a run for it's money. You can also use your surroundings as an advantage. So say if your in a kitchen, you can kick someone onto a stove, and they will burn and sizzle ontop of it. If there is a chair near you, you can pick it up and throw it at someone... and if you've ever seen Jet Li pick up and throw something during his complicated fight-scenes, then you will know that it sounds better than you would normally think. You can kick or punch someone on a desk of glass or wood, and it will shatter when they land on it. I can't stress enough how awesome this game is, your just going to have to play it! Also, if your a fan before the Jet Li meets Rap musician days, you can unlock new uniforms from Once Upon A Time In China, and Fist Of Legend if you beat the game. WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!
