Deirdre and her imaginary friend whom she named Molly the typewriter
Maybe a cartoon panel that shows illustrated images of how a Djed and a Schist disk may well have been parts of the same thing. Was 'raising the Djed' a process used in ancient times to create levitation? The relief images of the Dendera Lightbulb might suggest it is a tool by which ancient neolithic beings used to create megalithic structures.
My idea of how it works grabs different ideas from a variety of historian theorists like the
YouTube vlog 'Funny Olde World'. Yet another popular theory is that the Schist Disk was a flower holder. However, when I first heard this theory, the first image to pop into my mind was that of a vase. Over time I began to brainstorm more possibilities, and the latest theory, both supporting the flower vase idea, is that the Djed contained moving parts, and as a result of spinning the Schist Disk(s) when placed at the top of the Djed, could be used to levitate heavy objects.
I've heard that the Dendera Lightbulb relief is a depiction of a reef raft, usually crafted with a stern/hull shaped much like the lotus flower that is emitting a placenta of a snake in the relief of the Dendera Lightbulb. If the outline of the reef raft, shaped like the stem of the lotus flower, ends at a block or a stone atop the raft, then the leaning Djed might've been being used as a propellor of sorts.
