I finished reading Choke today. In my humble opinion Diary: A Novel was much better. But, the ending was pretty good, and I wrote down some funny quotes. I'm going to start yet another Sedaris book today. I just can't resist, he makes me laugh in the worst ways.
I bought a bunch of neato stuff at work last night. I just felt like spending money.. so I bought random hole punchers and pencil sharpeners. Hehe.
Tomorrow is Dillon's birthday, and I don't know what to get him. I mean, what are you supposed to buy for little brothers who only want things that cost a small fortune? Hell, there's no way I'm buying him gold teeth. Hahha.
My birthday is Wednesday, and people have been asking what I want. I didn't know until yesterday. Gift certificates to bookstores! I need to get Pamela Anderson's new book. Haha!!! And, Half Price books starts their 20% sale on Thursday, which happens to be my day off! So, I need to get some Ginsberg! WOO! So, I really hope I get some certificates. Oh, and there's this 80's hair metal CD at FYE I want. It's a three cd outfit, and $20.. That's my musthave of the birthday.
On my break yesterday, I got what I expected was a shitty tasting chocolate double mocha from the gas station. OOh, that thing was so good, and after every sip, my energy became unbearable. I was bounching off the walls at work with Sara. (Biggest run on sentence, everrr.) I got Anais Nin's diary yesterday, so I started reading it, and I realized I was a lot like her... though I'm only 10 pages into the first volume. Maybe the similarities will turn out to not exist.
Good god, how incessant are my ramblings today!? My hands are getting tired from typing all this.
