In HOLiC, if there's someone in some dimension somewhere who really, really needs something and there's no viable way to get it elsewhere, then they go to Ichihara Yuuko, proprietor of a shop that grants wishes for a price. Any wish at all. If your character wants to be a god, if your character needs medicine or a kick in the ass or to gain or lose some kind of ability--anything.
If your character had a wish that couldn't be granted except by some TERRIFYING COSMIC POWER. Under what circumstance do you think your character would need to go to such a place?
