I would hazard a guess that it's basically a jazz/swing band playing like they would in a jazz club and you can play card games or dance or whatever while they do so. Perhaps cosplayers dressed as CB characters wandering around (like Host Club events). Which is still cool, as I don't know where to find something like that around here. *can swing dance* I would go... if I had the money to pay to get in (and I wasn't working on Friday lol).

That'd be the safe guess. But it's got 2 LP rooms on Friday for several hours, so this would probably classify it as a major-type event. Still, this seems odd. And Bandai apparently has nothing to do with this one, though I think they're keeping an eye on it.

I saw this event advertised on cosplay.com. It seems like PMX's desperate attempt for programming now that the Lolitas have seceded.
