Why it may not be a good idea

So parliament funkadelic is freakin playin for free downtown on new years and i reaaaally wanna go but my somewhat irrational fear of constantly being hit on and whistled at downtown is telling me not to even attempt to go. But when will i ever be able to see them for free? 15 mins away from me? On new years? Whatever u are doing is lame compared to getting the funk while counting down till the new year that may kill us all.
My new year always sucks but this year it wont!
