Ending the week on a high note :)
first benji's cold isn't that bad, just a little runny nose for a few days and its mostly gone.. yay :)
Car.. they had the car all freakign day long and did NOTHING to it. we got them to run the diagnostic so we could at leas find out what needed to be done to it.. the squeak was from teh break pads.. they're at 10%.. eeep. It's squeek when we turned to the right.. but not when we used the breaks, so we were afraide it might have been something else. they never got to it cause the car right before us was a "utter mess" or soemthing.. blah.. so we're FIRST next saturday.... and they'll take payments, but if my check comes in this week, we can pay it off all at once. YAY for no debt!
Went to costco. YAY. Next time we go, we're planning on stopping at the Home depot first and grab a few things to make life a bit more convienent in the house.
Polo's been great this weekend.. he knew my week was crap cept at first was like "Well I went through all that too you know.. " and i proceeded to glare at him..
FRIDAY:
We picked up polo from the bus station, went to the bank, and went to get some Pho.. then we went to bestbuy to return the DS, adn I got the new red/black one cause they were all out of the pure black ones.. then as a retard, i forgot my 3-in-1 card in it for the GBA slot.. ARGH. Polo went back to fetch it while benji and I cleaned up down stairs some and got ready for bed. Polo snuck in some nice root beer from the MARKET PLACE and some Snacks for the evening after fetching my card. Polo even remembered that I prefered a certain brand of rootbeer too :) (usually I don't care, but I had mentioned last week that I thought i liked such a brand over the bulldog brand that he likes).
Then on Saturday we delt with the CAR thing, cleaned the house some, and mostly vegged.. Polo suprised me again by putting up this asian Sunbrella I bought from Hawaii a few years ago. (cept the picture was completely upside down but he fixed that quickly). oh and when he went to pick up the car he came back with my fav pizza :). Benji was being kinda of a cookoobird..not really being BAD, just a tad difficult mostly cause polo was gone much of the day dealign with the car thing and not seeing him much during the week.... so he and I cuddled up in my bed and we played old school bubble bobble on the DS for an hour or so, before he went to bed.
Sunday, we got to sleep in a little and had a nice slow morning getting ready to go to costco. Came home, polo took a nap, and I made an apple pie. Second one this year. the first one i made last week and didn't cook it nearly long enough or used enough cinamon. this one was sooo much better.
Then that night polo told me to sit on the floor and brushed my hair. he was like "i have no idea what's possessing me to do it.." <3. I love my hair messed with and was shocked that he wanted to.. he even went through the trouble of finding my some hair bands and tried to braid it :)
He even put benji to bed on time and we had a very nice evening together.
