Baby Tiger Pictures!
I really meant to post these much sooner, but yeah, I just haven't really felt like being on the comp. much lately. The last time I posted, I was extremely excited because I was going to be spending half an hour with a tiger cub named Shena. Well... I have to say, it was one of the very best half hours of my life!
I can't even begin to describe how great it was! There wasn't even an employee in the room with us ~ my mom and I had her all to ourselves! Shena is just so CUTE and PLAYFUL and sweet too... but less sweet than the other things, haha. She seems very part-kitten, part-puppy. She was adorable and klutzy and young. She bit us many times, but never scratched. Shena's teeth aren't really that sharp yet, but of course we were told to discipline her when she bit. Her discipline is a pop on the nose and saying "NO BITE!"
She played so hard! It was so much fun. She was getting pretty sleepy by the end, and it was soooo hard to leave her. Her "nursery" is glass front so that people can look in. After we left, we went around to the window to admire her some more. She was almost asleep, but when she saw us, she got up and started pawing at the window and meowing. She wanted us to come back!!! We nearly melted. I wanted to cry, I wanted back in the nursery so badly! The pics at the end are of her crying for us at the window.

Shena licked us too! Her tongue is less rough than a housecat's.
She was getting very sleepy and thirsty from playing.
I wish I could have stayed with her all day!
