JOE DIMAGGIO AS A SAINT In this case, Saint Joseph from my "in-progress" graphic-poem, SAINT RINGO.
And I know I have been sharing sketches and such from my latest project on Fridays-a kind of "Illustration Friday," if you will-a nod to that famous illustration prompt. But this image has another purpose. Yesterday, in celebration of his 35th birthday, my oldest son and I went to COOPERSTOWN.
What a great museum, full of history and trivia! If they could only remedy their silly parking rules.
Maybe we should pray to Saint Joe.
