No, they were submitted to the annual Northeast Fine Art Juried Show sponsored by the gallery here in town. The very same show that Emily was accepted in last year (and basically the "start" of all this gallery-stuff)

But speaking of framers, I picked up Eleanor yesterday. She's AWESOME!!! I will post her this weekend.

OH, that is great!!! Doesn't the framing make it really 'finished! Marilyn looks beautiful! the color is perfect!

I wouldn't have beleived that a year ago. What could possibly make MY art anymore done! But Cheryl completely changed my mind on that! And she's such an artist w/ that eye for what frame and what matte(s) makes what pop and accents this.... It's amazing! I go to shows all the time and make note of frame jobs and it's sad so many artists try to cut corners (it IS expensive!) w/ hand done or store-bought frames that don't do their piece justice (and often pull it nto a category it doesn't belong!)....
