holy...
i don't think i've ever actually disliked jesse in any story with brand new,
but the way you write him and the way he manipulates the situation kills
and i can't help but feel a little queasy when he starts talking.

“We’re all friends here, Laz. It’ll be fun.” He said, putting a hand on your shoulder before leaning in a bit to add: “Besides. You’ve got to share him sometimes, right?”

good god, that was brutal.
i absolutly adore this story and can't wait for an update. =]

Oh, he gets worse. But I promise he's not all bad.
I'm so used to seeing Adam as the bad character? So I decided to twist it.
And have you seen the video of There's No I In Team in Boulder, Colorado? I swear, they were competing on that stage.
I won't say anymore. I'll leave it for the next chapter.

oh yeah, that's the first thing i thought of. and this fits in sooooo well with what happened on that stage, it's insane.

It's meant to be backstage at that gig.
I may look into things too much, but Jesse/Adam always seem to have this really strong tension between them.

I'm so late on reading this (it's finals week D:) but I am soo in love with it. And GOD I love Jesse's character. It's perfect. The arrogance thing made me giggle (because let's be honest here, it's probably SO true. Just listen to Deja Entendu, haha. Still, I think Jesse Lacey is basically Jesus Christ, so I've always felt he has every right to be a bit into himself, haha) and his bitchiness and Adam's reaction to it is perfect. ANYWAY, lovelovelove and I can't wait for an update.
