Mincemeat menaing meat that's been ground up or meaning mincemeat with the fruit and stuff in it?

Sounds yummy though - I know what I'm cooking for tomorrow!

You get mince meat that's got fruit and stuff in it?

And FYI, I'm going to be asking a lot of these questions. "what the hell is double cream?", "what can I use to substitute buttermilk?", "You guys get different variants of potatoes?"
