don't feel well this morning. ever get that feeling like you have your heart in your throat? not chest pains at all, just discomfort. ew. started off my day well with breakfast w/the family. i managed to eat 1/2 bagel and be okay with it. that's a big step. it's freeeeezing here, where did summer go? ah well, at least i'll be in arizona in two weeks.
