Yesterday in_the_bottle and I went to see The Doctor Who Symphonic Spectacular and it really really was!
Courtesy of his Q&A at Armageddon last year we alread knew Mark Sheppard was going to be a guest but didn't know he was the presenter and was as always made of serious awesome!
Surrounded by so many people in costume or themed t-shirts (And 1 Sherlock) we enjoyed 2 hours of The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra (who I have followed for years) belting out some truly epic music with serveral of the creatures making appearances like the Cybermen, Ood, The Silence, Judoon and of course Daleks.
