(no subject)
Too dead to post about it yesterday but Thursday I went out for most of the day with in_the_bottle and finally got to meet scribewraith and her hubby. Had lunch at Lygon St Carlton and wandered around/shopped the afternoon tea at Brunetti's. Had a fab time.
Today I was in the city again, we had brunch at Pancake Parlour (where we got the round table in the closed section because our group kept growing *L*) in_the_bottle, scribewraith, her hubby and kathryne_deanna who we hadn't met before and her hubby, and then a friend of scribewraith's and her daughter turned up. After brunch minus scribewraith's hubby and her friend and daughter, we got on a tram and went to Docklands to take photos and wander. After spending way too much time in the toy shop *L* kathryne_deanna and hubby left us and we searched out hot chocolate and chatted for a while, then met up with SW's hubby, more chatting, back into the city, more hot chocolate (it was that kind of weather) and more chatting before they left us to get ready to go to the airport.
All in all a fun day filled with really lovely people to hang out with :)
