“You mean Nani, who has her drivers license, like I have mine?”
Ha! Oh, Nani and Myrtle ganging up on Lilo. The possibilities here are endless!
they're both frustrated, and Myrtle's pretty sure alienating Lilo twenty minutes into their second date is not the way to ensure a third.
Oh, Myrtle. On the other hand, you spent how many years alienating her, and look how much she likes you. That just might be the way to woo Lilo, it seems.
“Yeah, and maybe I'm just not the kinda girl who should drive stick,” Lilo snaps.
Snicker. Way to set yourself up for the easy pun, Lilo. She makes an awesome straight man, though -- I can just see Myrtle fighting with herself not to take the easy joke there, because it's just too easy.
“I'll go.” Kiss. “As slow.” Kiss. “As you want.” Another kiss--this one with less talking and more tongue.
Oh. They're so precious!
Thank you so much for writing this! I love the stories, and the way they build on each other!

I just love the idea of Lilo--who, for the purposes of this 'verse, cna, indeed, pilot ten different kinda of alien craft, including escape pods--being a really, abysmally bad driver. But one who gets marginally better with a little . . . lovin' :D
