(no subject)
I'm currently setting up my packing list in Word, and on the datasheet titled "tops", 11 of the 17 jumpers/blouses listed have the adjective 'striped' assigned to them. Oops?
Also, still haven't achieved new pair of jeans. One pair intact, one pair very threadbare in thigh area and already mended once, probably won't survive the week. Finding nice jeans? Really hard. My parents bought me really lovely hiking boots, though, and I'm getting a really cool digital camera as a graduation present. I'm getting really spoiled atm.
Other than that, I'm hanging out in front of the telly watching the Olympics and going to the summer fair [NO ONE is willing to ride the ferris wheel with me! the only one who gave me a 'maybe' was my gran, and she's on holiday now. mother wants to go on the ghost train (translation for Geisterbahn, really, dictionary?), but the thought of fake spiderwebs gives me pause.] and going swimming with my mom and brother. Not much else going on.
Really in need of a nap.

eta 2: btw? Second week of October I have my cousin coming to visit, and on my birthday weekend A. is coming over. Full house!
