This one's hard....
I love Never mess with a Marine's coffee if you want to live. It's just so funny and I'd love to see how Tony made Gibbs come up with that one. And i know it was Tony's fault! ;)
But I also love You don't waste good, just because it's so squee-able. It was said after the first headslap and it was such a Tibbs moment, it was beautiful. So I probably have to go with that one.
