Went to a free talk last night. Supposed to be two hours, went three, because the group work she did with us on the mats went long (and was fabulous. She's an excellent leader/teacher). The work she does is very concise, very effective, both intuitive AND science/experience-based. I'm seriously looking at doing the professional training which I think will give me what I need for being able to work well into my 60s in a way that's both better for my health AND the kind of work I most like to do, creating safety, comfort, and healing possibilities for people.
There are videos on the site, there's printed information. I think she's onto something real. so I'm passing it along to y'all, because I care.
