THE BIG TRIP!!!
OMYGOD.
my son will be here in an hour to pick me up, and i will officially be ON MY WAY.
tonight will spend the night at his place in san francisco, and tomorrow go to Annie Lebowitz exhibition, and maybe to see the Harvey Milk bust at San Francisco City Hall [i got to see the three finalists a year and some ago, so this is exciting].
then it's off to SFO, and fly out on BA to JFK, change there for Heathrow, and change THERE for Hamburg. Sunday evening, 6pm local time, i'll be meeting up with poetic_self for a month of fun and travel and rest and play.
at the end of june i hop over to the UK, meet up with my pferde and other friends, and head to Scotland, then come back down and meet trueriver at long last. i'd hoped to see my godson and his wife, but that may not work [thus necessitating ANOTHER trip to europe: 2009 planning has commenced!]- so i will make my way south to tweedle_ and xchasingtails, then end with a few days at The Generator where I had such a good experience last year.
I would not be able to do this, without the help and love of friends, and without what i've learned about money=life energy+fulfillment, from Your Money or Your Life. truly, the way that people and what i've learned have changed my life... can't be overemphasized.
