Kongregate is a flash game website. All of its games are submitted by you, the users. Anyone can submit a game that they've made. Ad revenue is shared with the game's submitter. There are contests for best game of the week, and best game of the month, with cash prizes. There's also a built in chat room to talk with your fellow players and developers.
