Crossing Wires: female sexuality

So, a couple days ago naamah_darling did a marvelously articulate post about the State having any say in a woman's sexuality or the results there of (and if I've phrased that badly, I'll restate- be SO glad when uni's over and I get my whole brain back!). And then today devildoll posted about the Mary Jane statuette by Sideshow for Spidey3, which shows a very exaggeratedly endowed, barefoot, thong-wearing, tit-thrusting MJ hand-washing Spidey's uniform with a 'fuck-me' look on her face. The interwoven reading of comments from the two (because I'm tracking both, and so they come nearly perfectly interleaved into my mailbox) brings me to post the two together for all of you.
