Decribe your muse's sense of humor. What do they find funny? Do you have the same sense of humor? Do they gross you out with things, or do you do that to them?
Skinner has a gruesomely punny sense of humor. In his application to Milliways Bar, I compared him to literary Bond villain Hugo Drax, who conveys his underlying contempt for the British people with morbid, sadistic jokes. Well, that's Skinner, except nobody's going to stay up late at night deeply disturbed by what he said. They'll either find it highly suspicious or highly corny. Skinner is amused by wordplay and usually finds humor in the corny things he says. He is also amused by others' corny sense of humor. For all that he gives an air of an arts connoisseur, he has rather low-brow tastes in humor.
Do I share his sense of humor? I don't make morbid jokes, no, but I am fond of the occasional pun. It's a similarity that partly convinced me to give Skinner a try. He has yet to make a really awful pun, so I can't say he grosses me out with what he says. But maybe he will a little ways down the line.

Is your muse skilled in any certain physical act? Are they athletic, gifted in dance, have any kind of special talent that involves any part or the whole of their body? Is it something they work on maintaining, or train for? Are they applauded or recognized for this skill?
Skinner is an accomplished fun runner. I have no idea what a fun runner is*--somebody who runs...for fun???--but this is one aspect of his character that serves a semi-important role in Nicholas Angel's failed initial accusation of Skinner being the man behind the murders/"accidents" in Sandford. Like several things in Hot Fuzz, this is probably a fact only for the sake of getting a laugh out of the audience, but, writing Skinner, I obviously need to give a somewhat serious consideration as to why he does this or that thing specified in canon.
I think that Skinner picked up running as a hobby because it's athletic, and thus quite different from his ballet background. Even though Skinner outwardly laughs with the mockery he receives for being an ex-ballet student, I think he tries to separate himself from that image as much as he can. He still participates in a few artistic activities, but only the ones that won't call his masculinity into question. He was an okay ballet dancer, I think, but not quite good enough to make it into any prestigious schools. He gave up on that hobby, much as it upset him to do so. Now he thinks it's for the better. People respect him, for the most part, save for those few who like to call him "Sissy" to deride him.
* The lovely mun of
weeper_of_blood has kindly informed me what fun running is! Yay.

Does your muse ever lie? About what? To who? What’s the biggest lie that they tell?
He absolutely has to lie. If he doesn't, he'd wind up in jail--or he'd wind up dead. He has to lie about people: how they vanished, where they are, what happened to them. He has to maintain the lie that the NWA is just a friendly group of concerned neighbors who only meet every week to discuss goings-on in Sandford. He can't let on that the NWA are also the town executors, who wipe out anyone who challenges what their idea of the perfect village is. Skinner has to lie about this to everyone, especially to anyone who knows the people they've killed.
Skinner will also lie about what he is thinking or feeling to preserve his image. That's probably his biggest lie--the lies about himself that he tells to everyone, even the NWA, in order to prevent contradicting what they think are appropriate thoughts and behavior.
