Update
For my sanity and organizational zen, I'm going to try to put together a full list of everyone that I know is coming next weekend - split into rooming groups where known. We didn't meet our room block by the September 18th deadline and I reserved all extra rooms under my name for Saturday night only. Anyone who would like one of those should call the hotel directly and ask to speak with Pricilla in the sales office and she'll transfer the room from my name to yours. If everyone on this list has made their reservations then we've only got one more room available. Please let me know when you make your reservations, if you run into any snags, and most definitely let me know if you're going to need to cancel and already reserved room.

I'll put the feelers out to see if any more of the KC locals are interested in coming up just for the day/evening.
Airport transport: at last count, we only have one out-of-towner that needed airport pickup. Ruby, are you good both ways or do you need a ride back to KCI on Monday?
Weekend plans - anybody have anything in particular that they're wanting to do? A majority of the rooms are for Saturday night only, so those couple that are staying Friday night as well, what do we want to do? I'll be getting to the hotel around 6pm, so we can just start collecting from there and make plans for dinner, going out Friday night, and day activities on Saturday as we come up with them. I've posted my cell phone number in a locked post HERE here so that people know how to get a hold of me when they arrive.
