The Deadline Approaches
Just a reminder to anyone who has not made rooming arrangements yet that you have about three weeks left to make your hotel reservations before our room block closes and you're left without the good rate while mijan and I are left footing the bill for unfilled rooms. We still need four more reservations to make our minimum.

Once the room block closes and we've got a more definite idea of who and how many are coming, we can start throwing around ideas for what we want to do, as well as help sort out transportation from the airport for those that need it.
