Okay, um. Let me just start and say Matthew Bomer?
Bravo! Bravo! ENCORE!
You were brilliant beyond brilliant. Charming, slick, sweet, smart...all the things a great leading man should be. :)
The concept is genius. A criminal escapes from prison to try and catch his girlfriend before she leaves town to get away from him, and gets caught by the same guy who caught him in the first place. Less than disheartened, the criminal offers to help the FBI catch another criminal for the same types of crimes...in return for not being put in jail.
Less than ten minutes after meeting a kindly black widow, he's got her late husband's suits, suite, and scones, not to mention their precious granddaughter. He literally charms her into giving him a guest room...and her 22-year old grandbaby. What the hell, right?
No, he's not done. He also gets a message from a former buddy in a cigarette filter, breaks parole to catch their mark, and disobeys his keeper to look for the missing girlfriend. This is a cannot-miss show, seriously. I mean...I panicked about my birthday wish being answered -- I'm going to a Sabres/Flyers game, YES!-- because I'd miss the third episode. Thankfully, USA is famous for their rerunning. :D
See you next Friday, Neal Caffrey! I look forward to it...man, if he keeps this up, I might have to take up smoking. ;)
