Thank you for the lovely gift. I really like how the boys have this deeper understanding of each other's requests and responses even though they aren't together all the time. I also liked how Sean wanting more physically during the whipping is echoed by him wanting more (more often) toward the end of the fic.

about just waltzing through Heathrow like it's Moria all over again without the running and the jumping and a bunch of green screens round the place.

I love the wry humour in this. It's the kind of grumpy sense of humour I can see Sean having, and I'm already grinning and it's only the second paragraph.

Apparently, something about leather upsets people. The thing is, when you've been that close to someone, for so long, you don't just let it go.

I love how, in the first sentence, it's a hint towards what kind of gathering Sean has in his house exactly - and the second is a bigger hint towards what exactly is the party about, and the double-meanings of 'letting go' and being 'close' to someone.

And the sex itself- it's just... this naturalness in it. It's not something that stands out, or is jarring, but just a natural progression of how the two of them work with each other. The humour of Sean's thought about Viggo tanning the deer melds perfectly with Sean's pain and pleasure and I really like the way their relationship is
