How much do I love this? Starting with the pairing--or the threesome, rather--and all the way through the chemistry between them all and the emotions and the potential for a disaster.

And then Dom kissed Billy--well, more like pushed Billy into the couch cushions with his mouth.

Dom's lithe and sensual and boyish and just as responsive as Billy expected him to be. He's hilarious and modest and has fucking gorgeous eyes.

Dom could find a way to turn on wallpaper.

Oh, I'm so glad. I was concerned about how he'd come off in this. Even though he's really the third wheel (or at least, he will be), I still wanted him to have presence and weight. He's sort of in control of the situation more than he should be. Damn that sexual prowess. :)

Hi! Thank you! Oh my goodness, this is brilliant. This was the story I wanted to read but I didn't know until I read it. Really, amazing. Your talent for new and evocative description is just mind-blowing. The fingers/checkers frog/lily pads, Orlando fidgeting with his face, Billy's ridiculous pink cartoon heart, just to name a few. I love how this is angst without being sentimental or taking itself too seriously. It's like life as you're living it, and that feeling of 'Oh, damn. What now?' before any sort of panic or guilt digs in too heavily. And I love how, as selfish as they all are, they're all still, in their own ways, willing to give something to each other. Thank you again! I know I'll re-read many times.

I'm so glad it worked for you! Billy/Dom is my OTP and I'd never written another pairing before, but I've always liked Billy/Orlando too. I had moments where I strongly considered saying, "Screw it, I'll just write Billy/Dom," but I really wanted to give you your first choice. :)
